Workday HCM Analyst

Job Summary:

Seeking a Senior HRIS & Analytics Specialist to manage and administer Workday HCM, ensuring system optimization and alignment with HR strategies. This role is under the Finance department and collaborates with HR, IT, and senior management to enhance HR processes, streamline data management, and provide accurate HR reporting and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

Workday Configuration: Handle backend configurations, including Business Process (BP) changes, ensuring correct step configurations and notifications.
Reporting & Dashboards: Develop custom reports, dashboards, and notifications through Workday Reporting.
HRIS Administration: Maintain and optimize Workday HCM, aligning system functionality with business needs.
Collaboration: Work with HR, IT, and leadership teams to improve system efficiency and HR data management.

Required Experience:

5+ years of HRIS / Workday experience
Business Process (BP) Configurations
Core HR knowledge (Must understand backend of HCM)
Workday Reporting & Dashboard Development

Location: Evanston, Illinois (Strong Preference for Hybrid – 2 Days in Office)
Duration: Full-Time
Salary: $82K – $112K (Base)
