PC Technician (Level 1 and 2)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level technical support at the help desk.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware issues (desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals).
  • Assist with software-related problems, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Log and track all support requests in the ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support as needed.
  • Maintain and update support documentation.
  • Educate customers on basic IT practices and self-service options.
  • Deliver friendly and efficient customer service to ensure high satisfaction.

Rate: $33-38/hr (Max)
