Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support at the help desk.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware issues (desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals).
- Assist with software-related problems, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Log and track all support requests in the ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution.
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support as needed.
- Maintain and update support documentation.
- Educate customers on basic IT practices and self-service options.
- Deliver friendly and efficient customer service to ensure high satisfaction.
